Abstract
Religious court decision that sentenced former husband to provide a living child every month for a certain amount until adult stages is an injunction condemnation which has executorial power. In this article the author examines the excecution of the five court decision in the case of religious courts in Kajen Pekalongan. Based on data obtained from field research, none of court decisions are performed by ex-husband. None can be taken in hand by religious court to solve this problem due to the lack of foreclosure execution. Submission of execution application that is further legal proceedings, in the case of a living child is objectionable for ex-wife because of cost and procedure. In many cases, the results are not comparable with the effort carried out by divorced wives.
