This study tries to examine the use of illegal drugs or drugs among teenagers which is increasingly widespread. The method in this research is descriptive analysis in the form of library research using a qualitative research approach. In this study, secondary data obtained from regulations, previous research studies, and other literature with similar research topics were used. The results of the study show that drugs are man-made compounds or plants that can cause hallucinations, reduce consciousness, and cause addiction. Overuse of these drugs can lead to addiction. Overuse of these drugs can lead to addiction. This drug is used as a pain reliever and provides peace of mind. Social media is the right solution for prevention, because it can be said that web-based media are widely used among teenagers, web-based media are very good for spreading drug addiction prevention messages.
