Abstract

The current new normal era necessitates the occurrence of several adaptations and changes in society, one of which is the emergence of the work from home (WFH) phenomenon. However, not all levels of society can do so given the unequal opportunities and needs. In this case, this service is aimed at increasing the productivity and creativity of the community's economy in the new normal era. This service is carried out by means of socialization, mentoring, and training methods, especially targeting the people of Bojong Minggir village in general. From the results of the service, it is found that the community can increase their productivity and creativity in the new normal era by taking advantage of opportunities and the community can adapt to various conditions, especially by strengthening their abilities and creativity.
