Abstract

This research is aimed to study on law protection and its implementation on female labor rights in textile company Pismatex in Pekalongan, and also study on many influencing factor. This research is decriptive with socio-anthropological approach. To investigate data, it used in-deptj interview, observation and documentation. At the same time, to analyze data, it used Coleman mode analysis. The result of this research shows that the labo rights regulated in the labor Bill and others are not implemeted 100% yet, especially, in protecting female's reproduction rights, and in protection female labors' physic and psychic who work in the evening. These are influenced by some factor: the company, labor, labor organization, and the supervisor
